    A virtual visit with a board certified physician to review your history, goals, and candidacy. This consult renews annually so your plan stays current.

    Monthly membership

    Your membership fee covers follow ups and ongoing care team access. It is the care layer that keeps your provider in your corner between visits.

  3. 03

    Personalized products

    If your physician prescribes treatment, prescriptions are filled by King Compounding Pharmacy, a Texas licensed compounding pharmacy, and billed separately from your membership. Compounded medications are not FDA approved.

Billing and cancellation

Know the terms before you enroll

Pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms are shown again, with a separate agreement, before any card is charged.

Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Memberships bill monthly in advance and continue until you cancel.
  • Cancel with 30 days written notice to hello@xenithhealth.com. No minimum term beyond the notice period.
  • No refunds on months already billed, including unused follow ups.
  • Medications are billed separately, dispensed by King Compounding Pharmacy, and are non-refundable once prescribed or shipped.
  • The initial physician consult is billed separately and renews annually.
  • Cash pay. HSA and FSA cards accepted where your plan allows. We do not bill insurance.

Membership questions

Do I need a consult before I can join?

Yes. Every membership starts with an initial virtual physician consult. Your provider confirms treatment is safe and right for you, then recommends the plan that fits.

Are medications included in the membership fee?

No. The membership covers your ongoing care: follow ups, dosing guidance, side effect management, and care team access. Products are purchased separately based on your personalized plan.

Will I need labs?

Most hormone and peptide plans require baseline and follow up labs. Labs are an additional cost that depends on the products in your plan. Weight loss plans may require labs based on your history.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Many patients start with Weight Loss and move to HRT & Peptide as their goals evolve. Your care team coordinates the change.

Do memberships include in office wellness treatments?

Memberships are for telehealth care. HRT & Peptide and VIP members who live in the Amarillo area receive member savings on in office laser, skin, and aesthetic treatments. Ask your care team for current member benefits.

How do I cancel?

Email hello@xenithhealth.com from the address on your account with at least 30 days written notice. We confirm receipt within two business days, and your membership ends 30 days after we receive your notice. Any monthly charge inside that window bills as scheduled, and you keep access through the period you have paid for. Months already billed are not refunded.

Are medications refundable?

No. Medications are dispensed by King Compounding Pharmacy and, under Texas pharmacy law, cannot be returned once dispensed. Medication charges are final once your prescription is sent to the pharmacy. If a shipment arrives damaged or compromised, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement with the pharmacy.
